A:We are the manufacturer with professional produce experience on bakery?equipment for over 8 years.
Q2: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A:Our factory is located in Yiheng Road7,Xingye Road West, Chen hung Vilage,ShaWan Town,PanYu District,GuangZhou, China.You can take a plane to Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport. We wil pick you up to airport.
Q3: Do you have warranty? How long?
A: We offer 1 year warranty for all of spare part.
Q4: How long can I get my machine if I place the deposit?
A: Generaly, our production time is 7 working days on the quantity nd if there is any customization involved.For the delivery time, please contact us for details.
Q5: How much for shipping cost?
A: There have 3 shipping option for you.Option 1-By sea, please inform us port name which the most near from you, we will check the shipping freight cost for you with our forwarder.Option 2- By airport, please inform us the airport name, we wil check the freight for you with our forwarder.Option 3- By EXPRESs, please inform us your address in detail, we wil check the freight for you with our forwarder.
Q6: Could you make OEM/ODM?
A: OEM or ODM can be available, but unit price wil be recalculated.?
Q7: What are my payment options?
A: You have flexibility to choose the folowing payment terms that work best for your budget: T/T,L/C.
